摘要
本文通过对河北省人民医院医学伦理委员会档案管理工作的经验进行回顾分析，探讨作为省级医院医学伦理委员会档案管理工作中存在的主要问题，并提出改进措施，以期不断提高医学伦理委员会档案管理工作的规范化、制度化水平。
Abstract
This paper,on the basis of analyzing the document management of Hebei General Hospital Ethnical Committee ,explores the main problems that exist in the document management of Hebei General Hospital Ethnical Committee and make out some improving measures aiming at advancing the level of normalization and insti -tutionalization of Hebei General Hospital Ethnical Committee.
