西门子ADVIA2400生化仪的抗干扰评价

目的:对西门子ADVIA2400生化仪的抗干扰能力进行评价。方法采用SPSS和Excel软件依照CLSI(美国实验室标准化委员会) EP7-A2与EP9-A2文件对总蛋白、白蛋白、前白蛋白等不同方法学不同波长的18个项目进行抗干扰试验测试。结果β2微球蛋白(β2-MG)总蛋白( TP)、前白蛋白(PA)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、尿酸(UA)在轻度脂血的干扰下P<0.005,结果有明显差异,白蛋白(ALB)在轻度脂血的干扰下P<0.05,结果有差异。丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、γ谷氨酰基转移酶(GGT)、总胆汁酸(TBA)、尿素(BUN)、肌酐(CREA)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸肌酶(CK)、葡萄糖(GLU)、钙(CA)、淀粉酶(AMS)在不同浓度脂血干扰下P>0.05无明显差异。除 PA外受干扰的项目作线性分析都呈线性。讨论西方子生化分析仪ADVIA2400采用的是稀释模式,不同方法学、不同的标本与试剂比例对脂血的抗干扰能力有较大差异,速率法较终点法、胶乳增强免疫透射比浊法较免疫透射比浊法优。
SIEMENS ADVIA2400 biochemical analyzer anti-interference evaluation
Objective To evaluate anti-interference ability of SIEMENS ADVIA2400 biochemical analyzer.Methods Using Spss and Excellsoftware according to CLSI(American Laboratory Standards Committee)EP7-A2 EP9-A2 document to test 18 different wavelengths projects(total protein、 albumin、 prealbumin et al.)of anti-interference ability with different methods.Results There are significant differences(P<0.005)of these projects include β2 -microglobulin 、uric acid(UA)in mild lipemia interference;there is differences(P<0.05)of Albumin(ALB)in mild lipemia interference;there is no significant difference(P>0.05)of these projects in-clude alanine aminotransferase(ALT)、aspartate aminotransferase(AST)、alkaline phosphatase(AKP)、 γ-glutamyl transferase(GGT)、total bile acid(TBA)、urea (BUN)、creatinine(CREA)、 lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)、creatine kinase(CK)、glucose(GLU)、calcium(CA)and amylase(AMS)at different concentrations lipemia interference;Interference project linear analysis were tested for linearity With the exception of PA .Conclusion SIEMENS biochemical analyzer ADVIA2400 dilution mode is used,the different methodologies of specimen and reagent proportion has bigger difference to the anti -interference ability of the blood lipid;the rate method is better than the end-point method and the Latex-enhanced immunoturbidimetric method is superior to the immune turbidimetric method .
