Effects of Fasting Nursing on Hypotension during Hemodialysis
Objective To investigate the effect of clinical nursing hypotension in hemodialysis patients with analysis of fasting treatment process .100 cases of hemo-dialysis.Methods From 2011 July---2013 year in May were hypotension patients as the research object,a former patients on dialysis months eat free in the treatment process,prohibit eating a month after dialysis treatment process,in the course of treatment given targeted nursing,were observed before and after two months in patients with hypotension in the process of dialysis incidence .Results Fasting in dialysis patients symptomatic hypotension occurred in 12.3%,need to supplement the hypertonic solution was 11.4%,the need to stop the blood dialysis rate was 1.8%,compared with 22.4%,21.9%,5.7% meals were low,the differences were statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05).Conclusion Hemodialysis patients during treatment fasting helps to reduce the incidence of hypotension ,improve the clinical symptoms,it is worth of application.
