Rui propofol and Fentanyl used in the Clinical Anesthesia effect Observation of Children Ketamine
Objective To explore the analysis of ketamine in childhood,fentanyl and propofol anesthesia clinical effect.Methods Selection from March 2012 to March 2013,85 cases of children with ASA Ⅰ-Ⅱ as clinical research object,were randomly divided into research group(43 cases)and control group(42 cases)and control group with joint ketamine anesthesia with propofol,team with using fentanyl combined ketamine anesthesia.Results The intraoperative team with dosage of ket-amine and postoperative time of awakening is obviously shorter than the control group ( P<0 .05 );Team with intraoperative and postoperative adverse reactions was signif-icantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The red fentanyl combined ketamine anesthesia for neonates and can reduce the dose,shortening the time of a-wakening,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,worthy of clinical application.
