胃炎胃溃疡患者应用饮食护理干预对生存质量的影响解析

目的:分析胃炎胃溃疡患者采用饮食护理干预对生存质量的影响。方法选取我院2012年12月至2013年8月收治的72例胃炎胃溃疡患者,按照随机双盲法分为观察组和参考组,各36例。参考组采取常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上采用饮食护理干预,分析两组患者治疗效果。结果观察组患者治疗后体重高于参考组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组满意率为94.4%,参考组满意率为77.8%,两组间差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论胃炎胃溃疡患者采用饮食护理干预可明显改善患者生活质量,补充患者必要营养,疗效显著,值得肯定。
Objective To analyze gastritis ulcer were treated by diet nursing intervention's influence on the quality of life.Methods Selection our hospital between December 2012 and August 2013,72 cases of gastritis,gastric ulcer patients according to the randomized double blind method divided into observation group and the ref-erence group,36 cases each.Reference group adopt conventional nursing,the observation group on the basis of conventional nursing with diet nursing intervention ,analy-sis of effect of two groups of patients.Results Observation group weight is higher than the reference group,after treatment in patients with significant difference ( P<0. 05).Observation group satisfaction rate was 94.4%,the reference group of satisfaction rate of 77.8%,significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclu-sion Gastritis ulcer were treated by diet nursing intervention can significantly improve the patients quality of life ,patients supplement necessary nutrition ,curative effect is distinct,worthy of affirmation.
