目的：探讨护理干预对含碘造影剂不良反应的影响。方法以2013年5月至2013年12月在我院使用含碘造影剂行CT扫描的127例患者作为研究对象，通过采取多项护理措施，观察护理干预对使用碘造影剂行CT扫描不良反应的影响。结果127例患者中仅有3例出现不良反应，不良反应发生率为2．623％，明显低于其他报道，也明显低于GE药业有限公司碘海醇处方资料说明的3％的不良反应发生率，差异显著，具有统计学意义，（ P ＜0．05），说明通过认真细致的护理可以明显降低不良反应发生率，降低造影剂使用对患者的风险。结论有效的护理干预可降低碘造影剂不良反应发生率，是提高影像诊断准确性，确保患者生命安全的重要举措，值得推广。
Objective To evaluate the CT scan in the prevention of adverse reactions to prevent iodine contrast agent ,and its efficacy in clinical nursing strategies . Methods The study group were given intensive care,control patients without nursing intervention ,nursing analyze the effect of the final two groups .Results The incidence of adverse reactions in patients was significantly lower than the control group,a significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment given to patients with well-enhanced CT scan of care,which can effectively prevent adverse reactions produced by the contrast agent to ensure that scans the patient's safety and improve clinical diagnosis,it is worth promoting.
