摘要
目的：探讨在诊断小儿支气管哮喘过程中超敏C反应蛋白的重要作用。方法选择2011年2月至2013年2月我院收治的50例小儿支气管哮喘患者和50例进入我院进行常规体检的健康儿童作为研究对象，将哮喘患者设定为研究组，健康儿童设定为对照组，对两组患者进行血清检测，对比分析研究对象血清中的超敏C蛋白水平。结果相比于健康儿童组而言，小儿支气管哮喘组患者的血清超敏C反应蛋白水平要高出很多，两组对象超敏C反应蛋白水平对比差异显著（P＜0．05），具有统计学意义。结论支气管哮喘患者的超敏C反应蛋白水平要高于正常人的蛋白水平，诊断超敏 C反应蛋白水平对于提高小儿支气管哮喘有较大临床价值。
Abstract
Objective to study the Chinese super sensitivity in the diagnosis of infantile bronchial asthma process the important role of c -reactive protein.Methods in February 2011 of our hospital in February 2013,50 cases of infantile bronchial asthma patients and 50 cases in our hospital for regular health children as the research object,set asthma patients to the team,set the healthy children as control group,serum tests on two groups of patients,comparative analysis in patients with allergic pro-tein C levels in the serum.Results compared with healthy children series,infantile bronchial asthma patients serum hypersensitive c -reactive protein levels are much higher,two groups of hypersensitive c-reactive protein levels compared to significant difference(P<0.05),with statistical significance.Conclusion the bronchial asth-ma patients hypersensitive c-reactive protein levels higher than normal .
