Objective To investigate the premenopausal and postmenopausal women with endometrial cancer clinical and pathological features,operation mode,the prognosis related factors,similarities and differences.Methods 178 cases of patients in the hospital from 2010 to 2013 were diagnosed as endometrial carcinoma and di-vided into two groups,86 cases of premenopausal group and postmenopausal group,92 cases were diagnosed,analysis time of two groups of patients and incidence of re-view,pathological type,clinical and pathological features,CA125,estrogen and progesterone receptor(ER,PR)in different points before and after menopause.Results Premenopause and postmenopausal patients clinical symptoms to diagnosis 、diabetes and hypertension rate was significant(P<0.05);before menopause,postmenopausal patients underwent radical hysterectomy and Tran abdominal hysterectomy、CA125 、postmenopausal (pathological type,depth of myometrial invasion,lymph node metas-tasis,the degree of cell differentiation,accessories are tired,cervical involvement,ER and PR positive rate comparison)、5 year survival rate were not significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion Premenopausal and postmenopausal endometrial carcinoma prognosis similar:the irregular vaginal bleeding were the main clinical manifesta-tions;and all for I type endometrial cancer accounts for the vast majority of attention;irregular vaginal bleeding in premenopausal women is the key to early diagnosis of endometrial cancer in women,postmenopausal patients should also be positive diagnosis and treatment.
