摘要
目的：观察中医辨证论治慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效。方法选取在我院慢性萎缩性胃炎患者112例，随机分成治疗组和对照组。对照组（ n＝58）采用西药对症治疗；治疗组（n＝54）在对照组基础上按照各自辨证分型处方加用中药汤剂。治疗6月后进行数据统计分析。结果对照组有效率75．86％，治疗组有效率90．74％。经比较两组疗效差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论中医辨证论治慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效确切，值得推广。
Abstract
Objective To observation of Chinese medicine treatment after based on syndrome differentiation of chronic atrophic gastritis .Methods 112 cases of chronic atrophic gastritis were randomly divided into the control group(n=54)and the treatment group(n=58);the control group was given symptomatic treatment,the treatment group plus the treatment Chinese medicine on the basis of the treatment of the control group ,after six months,analyzed the curative effect.Results The total ef-fective rate of the treatment group was 90.74%,the control group was 75.86%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The methods of Chi-nese medicine treatment after treatment based on syndrome differentiation of chronic atrophic gastritis can improve the cure rate significantly .
