摘要
目的：探讨联合血栓通治疗脑出血的临床疗效。方法选取2010年1月至2012年12月在我院接受的100例脑出血患者分为观察组，采取联合血栓通进行治疗；随机选取同期接受治疗的50例脑出血患者作为对照组，采取常规治疗，分析比较两组的疗效。结果观察组的疗效总有效率为87％，明显高于对照组，两组相比，差异存在统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。结论常规治疗联合血栓通治疗脑出血能够有效提高临床疗效。
Abstract
Objective To investigate the combined Xueshuantong the clinical efficacy of treatment of cerebral hemorrhage .Methods From January 2010 to Decem-ber 2012 in our hospital 100 cases of cerebral hemorrhage were divided into observation group and take joint Xueshuantong treatment;randomly selected for treatment over the same period,50 patients with cerebral hemorrhage as a control group,to take conventional treatment,the efficacy of two groups were compared.Results The study group total effective rate was 87%,significantly higher than the two groups,the difference was statistically significance(P<0.05).Conclustion Conventional therapy combined Xueshuantong treatment of cerebral hemorrhage can effectively improve the clinical efficacy .
