摘要
目的：探讨原发性胆汁反流性胃炎的临床特点和治疗体会。方法选取我院80例原发性胆汁反流性胃炎患者分为两组对照分析，两组分别采用中西结合治疗和单纯性西药治疗，中西治疗组为研究组，单纯西药治疗组为对照组，两组患者分别为40例。结果治疗后发现中西结合研究组患者的效果要比对照组高且患者没有不良反应。结论通过中西结合治疗胆汁反流性胃炎不仅效果好而且安全有效，值得在临床上推广使用。
Abstract
Objective To investigate the primary bile reflux gastritis clinical features and treatment experience .Methods 80 cases in our hospital with primary bil-liard reflux gastritis patients were divided into two groups control analysis ,the two groups were used Chinese and western medicine and simple western medicine ,Chinese and Western therapy group for the study group,the only western medicine group was the control group,patients were divided into two groups of 40 cases.Results After treatment,the study group found that WM effects than patients in the control group and patients with high no adverse reactions .Conclusion The Chinese and western medicine bile reflux gastritis effect not only safe but also effective and should be introduced in clinical practice .
