痰瘀同治法治疗冠心病的临床疗效观察

摘要
目的：观察痰瘀同治法治疗冠心病的临床疗效。方法选取我院2010年5月---2013年5月冠心病患者146例随机分成对照组和治疗组。对照组采用常规西药治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上加用化痰祛瘀汤剂。治疗4周后进行数据统计分析。结果对照组治疗有效率81．94％，治疗组有效率为94．59％，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论痰瘀同治治疗冠心病疗效确切，值得临床运用推广。
Abstract
Objective To observation of Phlegm and blood stasis pathogenesis of coronary heart disease .Methods 146 cases of Coronary heart disease were randomly divided into the control group(n=72)and the treatment group(n=74);the control group was given symptomatic treatment,the treatment group plus the treatment Chi-nese medicine on the basis of the treatment of the control group,after four weeks,analyzed the curative effect.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.59 %,the control group was 81.94%.The difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion The methods of Phlegm and blood stasis pathogenesis of coronary heart disease can improve the cure rate significantly .
