Non invasive ventilation in the treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease and respiratory failture
Objective To explore the non-invasive ventilation in the treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease and respiratory failure .Methods 60 pa-tients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease and respiratory failture were randomly divided into treament group and control group ,one group are 30 patients,Rou-tine treatment was given to patients in both groups ,while non-invasive ventilation was added to patients in treament group ,A comparison was made between the clinical curative effects of the twe groups.Result 72H treatment compared with before treatment the treatment group were significantly improved than the control group from feel-ings、hreat rate and breath,PaO2 and PaCO2.The difference was highly statishtically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The non-invasive ventilation in the treatment is significant for patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease and respiratory failture .It is worthly of promotion.
