摘要
目的：比较不同手术切口对先天性肥厚性幽门狭窄的效果。方法对经脐部弧形切口与右上腹横切口病例进行比较。结果脐部弧形切口组与右上腹横切口组手术所需时间、黏膜破裂、浆膜撕裂、切口感染等无明显差异。术后半年至1年后复查，脐部弧形切口组伤口愈合良好，几乎看不到伤口瘢痕。右上腹横切口组患儿伤口瘢痕清晰可见。结论脐部弧形切口行幽门环肌切开术，切口愈合好，而且疤痕不明显，具有美容的效果，值得推广使用。
Abstract
Objective Comparison of different incisions on the effect of congenital hypertrophic pyloric stenosis .Methord On the umbilical arc incision compared to the cases of abdominal transverse Incision on the right .Result Umbilical arc incision group and right upper quadrant abdominal transverse incision group operation time required,mucosal rupture,serosal laceration,incision infection,no differences.In the six months to 1 year after review,the wound healing of umbilical arc incision group is good,can hardly see the wound scar.Abdominal transverse incision group with wound scar be clearly visible .Conclusion Umbilical Incision is good wound healing and the scar is not obvious.Umbilical Incision has a cosmetic effect.
