品管圈对降低ICU失禁患者导尿管感染率的临床研究

摘要
目的：探讨品管圈（ QCC）活动在降低ICU失禁患者导尿管感染发生率中的作用。方法采用品管圈的手法，实地观察 ICU医务人员洗手、导尿管护理及污物处理等现状，采用干预措施，对干预前后结果进行对比分析。结果 ICU失禁患者导尿管感染率由12．46‰下降到3．64‰，导尿管护理规范率由78．9％上升至95．8％，导尿管污染率由36．1％降低至16．0％，两组差异有统计学意义（P＜0．01）。结论品管圈活动降低了失禁患者导尿管感染率，提升了ICU护理效果。
Abstract
Objective To investigate the quality control circle(QCC)activities reduce the rate of catheter infection for ICU incontinence.Methods Setting up quality control circle,established reduce rates of catheter infection for ICU incontinence as active subjects .To found the problems of workflow and aimed to develop a humanized nursing care protocol and to examine.According to the comparing analysis of Group A and B.Results The rate of catheter infection for ICU incontinence from 12.46‰to3.64‰,Compared with the other two groups,the difference was observable(P<0.01).Conclusion The method of the quality control circle can be a method in the treatment of incontinence.The quality control circle makes for upgrading of knowledge.According to joint the team works beneficial to raise clinical nursing and reduce the rate of catheter infection for ICU incontinence .
