Nursing Observation Maslow hierarchy of needs surgery for cervical spondylosis
Objective To analyze the theory of Maslow's hierarchy of needs after surgery care in patients with cervical application and efficacy .Methods June 2011-during 2013 in our hospital 100 cases of cervical spondylosis as the observed object of this study were randomly divided into a control group and the observation group , 50 cases in which the use of conventional control group care measures ,and effective use of the observation group Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory has developed a com-prehensive model of care associated with missionary work,the effect of postoperative patient care were compared.Results The number of days of postoperative hospital stay of patients in the observation group was(6.1 ±1.1)d and anxiety was 10 %,significantly lower than the control group,and P<0.05,the difference was statistically sig-nificant.Meanwhile,patients in the observation group familiarity with the relevant functional training and job satisfaction of nursing knowledge and for the control group, compared with a distinct advantage, and P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion For patients with cervical surgery after commence -related care work in Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory basis,according to the actual needs of each patient and orderly implementation,so as to promote the recovery of patients.
