摘要
目的：血液透析滤过治疗尿毒症难治性的高血压。方法将两组患者做为比较，一组做血液透析，一组做血液透析滤过。一个月后观察血压的改变。结果做血液滤过的患者血压平均比之前降了30mmhg，而做普通血液透析的患者坚持服用降压药，血压依然没有下降。结论血液透析滤过对于治疗血透中的难治性高血压有很好的效果，值得临床推荐。
Abstract
Objective Methods venous hemodiafiltration uremia hypertension refractory to two groupswere compared , a group of hemodialysis, hemodiafiltration group.To observe the change of blood pressure after a month the hemofiltration blood pressuredrop on average than before 30mmhg,and common hemodialysis patients takingantihypertensive drugs,blood pressure is still not decreased conclusionhemodialysis have good effect in treatment refractory hypertension inhemodialysis ,worthy of recommendation.
