摘要
我国已进入老龄化社会，45岁以上人群80％的人至少一侧膝关节有临床证据表现出关节炎症症状，而65岁以上，严重膝骨性关节炎，已成为老年人的常见病，因此，全膝人工关节表面置换术是治疗严重膝骨性关节炎的有效手段，术后护理也非常重要，现将护理总结报告如下。
Abstract
our country has entered the aging society ,people over the age of 45 and 80% at least one knee joint inflammation with clinical evidence showing symp-toms,and 65 years of age or older,severe osteoarthritis of the knee,has become common in the elderly,therefore,total knee arthroplasty is an effective method to treat se-vere knee osteoarthritis,postopertive care is also very important,will nurse now the summary report are as follows.
