摘要
目的：探讨Braden评估表在脑卒中预防压疮中的应用。方法应用Braden评估表作为评估工具，通过对新入院的脑卒中病人进行评估，根据分值采用不同的预防措施。结果选取的50例脑卒中病人中极度危险组3例（6％），高度危险组14例（28％），中度危险组13例（26％），轻度危险组20例（40％），根据不同的危险程度采取相应的护理措施后，极度危险组发生压疮为例1（2％），高度危险组发生压疮1例（2％），其他组均未发生压疮。结论Braden压疮危险因素评估表对脑卒中患者压疮发生有较好的预测效果，应用Braden评估表对患者发生压疮的危险性进行评估，是预防压疮发生的关键。
Abstract
Objective to study the application of Braden scale in prevention of bed sore after stroke .Methods the different preventive measures were employed to treat 50 case of different cerebral apoplexy patients evaluated by Braden scale .Results there was 3 cases in extremely dangerous(6%) ,14 cases were in highly dangerous (28%),13 cases were in slightly dangerous(26%),after treated with the different nursing measures according to the extent of the disease,one case of the patients in ex-tremely dangerous was bed sore(2%),one case in highly dangerous was bed sore(2%),and no bed sore was observed in the other groups.Conclusion The considerably good predictive results in occurence of bed sore of patients in bed sore were obtained according to Braden scale of risk ,and the key of the prevention of bed sore is the dangerous evaluation of occurence of bed sore by the Braden scale.
