摘要
胎儿娩出后24小时内阴道出血量达到或超过500ml称产后出血，多发生于产后2小时，临床表现为产道出血量多而急，或持续小量出血，重者可发生休克，同时伴有头昏、乏力、嗜睡等，如不及时抢救，往往危及生命。
Abstract
Vaginal bleeding after delivery of the fetus reaches or exceeds 500ml called postpartum hemorrhage occurred in 2 hours postpartum,clinical manifesta-tions are many and urgent production tells the blood,or sustained a small amount of bleeding,severe shock can occur within 24 hours,accompanied by dizziness,fatigue, lethargy,if not rescued,often life-threatening.
