缩宫素联合米索前列醇片预防及治疗产后出血的临床观察

摘要
目的：研究缩宫素与米索前列醇片联合治疗和预防产后出血的临床治疗效果。方法选择2013年8月---2013年12月在我院分娩的283例足月产妇，随机分成两组，即缩宫素＋米索前列醇组135例作为研究组，缩宫素组148例作为对照组。从年龄、孕周、新生儿体重以及出血量为参数，对缩宫素＋米索前列醇联合疗法进行系统的临床效果评价。结果结果显示，与对照组相比，实验组在年龄、孕周和新生儿体重等基础参数方面均无统计学差异（P＞0．05），但是，实验组产妇的产后2h以及产后24h的出血量则显著降低，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论缩宫素与米索前列醇片联合使用在预防和治疗产后出血方面的临床疗效显著，具有临床推广意义。
Abstract
Objective To study auxiliary oxytocin misoprostol prevention curative effect of cesarean section hemorrhage.Methods 283cases were divided into two groups,treatment group using oxytocin combined with misoprostol,control group only give oxytocin,compared effective rate and adverse reaction.Results The observation group 2 h and 24 h of postpartum hemorrhage amount was lower than control group,difference significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Oxytocin combined with misoprostol prevention of cesarean section hemorrhage clinical effect is remarkable,and drug use convenient and safe.
