摘要
目的：分析我院不良反应发生的特点，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法收集我院2011---2013年上报的113例不良反应报告，对ADR病例中患者性别和年龄、药品剂型、给药途径、药品种类、累及系统或器官、以及ADR转归和预后等信息进行统计分析。结果113例ADR报告中以女性及老年患者居多，中药制剂、注射剂和静脉给药途径是引起不良反应发生的三大主要因素，ADR涉及的系统/器官以皮肤及附件损害为主。结论应重视 ADR的监测及相关知识的宣传工作，降低ADR的发生率，确保患者用药的安全性。
Abstract
Objective To analyze the characteristics of adverse reactions occurring in our hospital to provide reference for clinical rational drug use .Methods Hospi-tal 2011---2013 reported 113cases of adverse reaction reports,ADR cases by sex and age,drug dosage form,route of administration,drug types of patients,or organ sys-tem involvement,as well as ADR outcome and prognosis information statistical Analysis.Results 113 cases of AD R report mostly female and elderly patients,traditional Chinese medicines,injections and intravenous routes of administration are the three main factors that cause adverse reactions occur,the system involves ADR /organ damage mainly to the skin and its appendages .Conclusion We should pay attention ADR monitoring and advocacy work related knowledge , reduce the incidence of ADR,to ensure the security of patient medication.
