摘要
目的：探究针刺联合中药在治疗中风后吞咽困难中的应用价值。方法94例中风后吞咽困难患者随机分为观察组及对照组，每组各47例，对照组实施常规针刺治疗，观察组在针刺治疗的基础上联合中药内服，连续治疗1月后，观察两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果观察组经治疗后，临床有效率为87．2％（41/47），对照组临床有效率为68．1％（32/47），存在明显统计学差异性（P＜0．05）。结论针刺联合中药治疗中风后吞咽困难临床疗效确切，可明显改善患者的预后，值得推广。
Abstract
Objective To explore the acupuncture combined Chinese medicine application value in the treatment of dysphagia after stroke .Methods 94 patients with dysphagia after stroke were randomly divided into observation group and control group ,each group of 47 cases and control group in implementing routine acupuncture treatment,the observation group in the acupuncture treatment combined TCM internal and,on the basis of continuous 1 month after treatment,observe the clinical thera-peutic effect of two groups of patients.Results Observation group after treatment,the clinical effective rate was 87.2%(41/47);the control group in clinical effective rate was 68.1%(32/47),obvious difference(P<0.05).Conclusion acupuncture combined Chinese medicine treating dysphagia after stroke clinical curative effect,can ob-viously improve the prognosis of patients,and is worth promoting.
