Objective:To explore the influence of continue education to nurse's work ability .Methods:Use simple correlation coefficient t-test comparatively analyze the test score、the lecture score、the work score of the nurse who accept continue education. Results:Nurse who accept continue education, their test score 、lecture score and work score a positive correlation. Conclusion:Continuing education to nurse can improve its work ability.
