Objective:To explore the behaviors of patients with heart disease of not following doctors’ advice and the relative factors, and make corresponding measures to enhance the therapeutic effect. Methods:The basic conditions and the behaviors of following doctors’ advice of 100 cases with heart disease in our hospital were investigated through the self-designed schedule of survey. Results:30 percent of patients investigated did not comply with the medical order, such as taking medicine, eating and drinking or forbidding smoking and drinking, i.e. The cases of which whose age during 30~50,education below primary school and ignorance of the disease took higher ratio, and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The ratio of patients whose duration more than one year was obviously higher than that of within one year, and the difference was more significant(P<0.01).Conclusions:Age, lower education, longer duration and ignorance of the disease were the main factors of not following the doctors’ advice.
