近年来研究已认识到血脂异常的实质是脂蛋白和载脂蛋白(apolipoprotein,Apo)的异常, Apo 作为脂蛋白中的蛋白质部分,在结合和转运脂质及稳定脂蛋白的结构上、调节脂蛋白代谢关键酶活性以及脂蛋白受体的识别等方面发挥极为重要的作用.Apo 参与了人体脂类代谢的全过程,是目前揭示心脑血管疾病机制最受关注的课题.载脂蛋白 A5(apolipoproteinA5,ApoA5)基因自2001年被发现以来,一度成为近年来研究的热点.现将 ApoA5的结构功能、作用以及 ApoA5基因单核苷酸多态性与冠心病的关系进行综述.
Research have realized that essence of dyslipidemia is lipoprotein and apolipoprotein, apolipoprotein as a part of protein of lipoprotein, play an important role in binding,conveying and stabilizing the construction of lipoprotein, regulating key enzyme activity of proteometabolism, and identifying lipoprotein receptor.
