objective: to study the severe hepatitis nursing problem common and the corresponding nursing countermeasures. Methods:according to the patient's mental state,through the clinical observation and analysis, effective care. Results: through to 48 cases of severe hepatitis treatment and care, improving 29 patients discharged themselves in 13, 6 cases of death. Conclusion: attention to the disease observation and nursing, strengthen the psychological care, can effective treatment for the disease, to prevent a variety of complications, improve the treatment efficiency.
