Objective: To study theclinicaleffectand nursing care ofmifepristone combined with misoprostol and evacuation for treatingmissed abortion.Methods: Studies on the psychology ofconventional curettage patientsand itsnursinginterventions after theytakemifepristone combined with misoprostol orally among the 122 cases in ourdepartment fromJanuary,2010 to December, 2011.Results: Having reduced the psychological stress ofthe missed abortion patients, and reduced the complications. Conclusion:In view of the specialpsychology ofthe missed abortion patients, to offer themnursing and psychological guide, to enhance the patients’ confidence andsense of trust onmedical workers, and to have their family members support and care more about them, toensure the success of the operation, and then toreduce the complications, and to minimize the damage on the patients.
