Effect of Sufentanil Combined with Bupivacaine in Patient controlled Epidural Analgesia after Cesarean Section

目的：探讨舒芬太尼用于剖宫产术后病人硬膜外自控镇痛(Patient Control ed Epidural Analgesia,PCEA)的可能性和效果观察.方法：将60例剖宫产术的病人随机分为2组：I 组为对照组(5μg/ml 芬太尼+布比卡因0.1%),II 组为实验组(0.5μg/ml 舒芬太尼+布比卡因0.1%),观察并记录 PCEA 后各时期 VAS 评分、PCEA 按压次数和不良反应等发生情况.结果：两组比较,II 组 VAS 评分显著低于 I 组(p<0.05或0.01),PCEA按压次数显著少于 I 组(p<0.05或0.01),镇静不良反应明显多于 I 组(p<0.05).结论：舒芬太尼与低浓度局麻药联合用于剖宫产术后硬膜外镇痛效果理想,不良反应少,安全有效.
Objective:To evaluate the effects and safety of bupivacaine combined with sufentanil in patient-controlled epidural analgesia after cesarean section.Methods: Sixty cases with cesarean section according to postoperative prescription-controlled analgesia were randomly divided into group I (fentanil 5 μg/ml and 0.1% bupivacaine), group II (sufentanil 0.5 μg/ml and 0.1% bupivacaine).The postoperative visual analogue scale, the numbers of pressing the PCEA pump and adverse reactions were observed. Results: Compared with the group I, the VSA values are lower during the postoperation (p<0.05 or 0.01), and the numbers of pressing the PCEA pump are fewer than those in group II. The analgesic effects in group II were considerable, but the incidence rates of adverse reactions in group II were higger than those in group I (p<0.05). Conclusion: The effect of sufentanil combined with bupivacaine in PCEA after cesarean section is good and safe.
