Objective:To analyze main clinical characteristics of combined enzootic -periodontal Lesions patients, and puts forward the reasonable treatment, maximum limit on improve the patients health living conditions. Methods: from January 2009 to June 2010 treated 86 cases of combined enzootic-periodontal Lesions patients clinical diagnosis and treatment data comprehensive review analysis, a total of 105 patients with check in with a tooth, combined with each patient specific illness development situation on the corresponding treatment. Results: the treatment of 86 patients with a total of 105 star appeared, including overall treatment (P<76 star (72%), effective and single (20%), invalid seven star (8%), from treatment of three different situation analy -sis of the results of pathological changes, no statistical difference (P>0.05). Conclusion: the research experiments show that for dental pulp periodontal joint for patients with pathological changes, clinical manifestations of relative complex, so want to be in the diagnosis on the basis of classification treatment, finally realizes the guarantee the quality of patients life health purpose.
