东莞市孕产妇母婴护理知识、行为的调查分析

目的：通过对孕产妇母婴护理知识、行为的调查，寻找母婴护理工作中的存在的问题，为(医院或社区)更好开展母婴护理提供依据.方法：自行设计调查问卷，采取面对面访谈方式对孕产妇的母婴护理现状进行调查，采用χ2检验进行统计学分析.结果：大部分妇女关于母婴护理掌握程度不高，父母亲朋是知识来源最多途径(均 P<0.01)结论：加强宣传教育，进行个体化母婴护理指导，提高孕产妇的保健意识、护理能力，全面促进母婴健康.
Objective:Through the investigation of the present situation of maternal and infant care, looking for nursing problems in maternal and child care work , in order to carry out better nursing provide basis. Methods:Self-designed questionnaire,face to face interview way.Use descriptive index and chi-squra test for statistical analysis. Results:Most women on maternal and child care master degree is not high, parent relatives and freind is the most way of knowledge source (P < 0.01). Conclusion:We need to strengthen the propaganda education,individualization of maternal and infant nursing instruction,improve the maternal health care consciousness,nursing ability,promoting overall maternal and child health.
