Objective:With hypertension epidemiological sample investigation of low-income people in Xingtai City mountains, we understand low-income people with the prevalence of hypertension and risk factors, it provided a scientific basis to prevention and treatment of hypertension.Methods:We determined with cluster random sampling method to xingtai mountain low-income people, issuing questionnaires, blood samples and related data, and statistical analysis. Results:Economic and cultural backwardness, unreasonable diet, poor lifestyle and so on increased incidence of hypertension morbidity ,reduced the control rate. Conclusion:Hypertension prevention and control conditions (hypertension awareness, treatment and control rates, hypertension risk factors (environmental factors, lifestyle, biological factors, psychosocial factors))and so on provided a reliable scientific basis for the prevention and control of hypertension work in Xingtai mountain.
