目的:利用中国膳食平衡指数(DBI-07)法,评价南京市秦淮区居民膳食模式。方法:采用随机抽样的方法抽取309位年龄在34-92岁的社区居民,采用3天24小时膳食回顾法进行调查,并根据 DBI-07的评分方法进行评分,判定其膳食类型,并比较不同年龄段居民的膳食特点。结果:老年组高度和中度的摄入不足、过量和不平衡程度最高,青年人最佳膳食模式比例最高讨论:本次调查结果显示,老年居民的膳食问题最多,应在以后的营养干预活动中给予重视。
Objective: Use Chinese diet balance index (DBI-07) method to analyze and evaluate the food intake characteristics of residents in Nanjing Qinhuai district. Methods: 309 residents aged 34-92 years old were randomly selected by sampling, their three-day continuous food intakes were investigated with the 24-hour record. Results: The elderly group has both moderate and high level of insufficient, excessive and imbalanced intake, the young group has the best dietary quality. Conclusion: The elderly residents have the most several nutritional problems, and therefore should be given nutrition interventions.
