The clinical effect of intratumoral Pingyangmycin injection for hemangiomas and vascularmalformation in oral and Maxillofacial regions and its nursing experiences
Objectives:To observe the efficacy of pinyanmycin injection for hemangiomas and vascular malformation oral—maxillofacial regions and its nursing experiences. Methods:Pingyangmycin was intratumorally injected to the hemangioma mass every one or two weeks,not more than 8mg at a time. Results:cases received pingyangmycin injection were followed for half a year .The cure rate was 74.46%,the total effectiveness rate was 96.67%.The complication was only minimal. Conclusion:It can be said that intratumoral injection of Pingyangmycin is a feasible, convenient and effective therapeutic modality in hemangioma and vascular malformation.
