目的：探讨伴可复性牙髓炎的3度隐裂牙的有效治疗方法.方法：对符合条件的46颗隐裂牙分为A组和B组,分别作烤瓷全冠修复和预防性一次性根管治疗术(RCT)+烤瓷全冠修复,治疗后连续观察2年,对临床疗效进行比较.结果：A、B两组2年的成功率分别为61%,和87%,两者之间的差异有统计学意义.A,B两组2年内根折的发生率分别为8.7%和13%,两者之间的差异无统计学意义.结论：预防性一次性RCT+烤瓷全冠修复,可提高伴可复性牙髓炎的3度隐裂牙的远期成功率,是一种较好的治疗方法.
Objective:To study the effective method of 3rd degree cracked tooth with reversible pulpitis. Methods:Forty-six cracked teeth were divided into group A and group B.Teeth of group A were treated by means of employing porcelain complete veneer crown.Teeth of group B were treated by means of preventive one-time root canal therapy(RCT) and employing porcelain complete veneer crown.Curative effect was evaluated and lasted 2 years. Resultsl:The achievement ratio of Group A and Group B was 61% and 87%.There was significant difference between them(P<0.05).The incidence of Root fracture of Group A and Group B was 8.7% and 13%, No significant difference between them (P>0.05).Conclusion:RCT+Porcelain complete veneer crown is a better method to 3rd degree cracked tooth with reversible pulpitis..It can improve the long-term success rate.
