Objective:Our retrospective study was aimed to study the diagnosis and treatment of acute cholecystitis, cholelithiasis in elderly patients. Methods:Clinical data of patients with acute cholecystitis, cholelithiasis at our hospital from 2006 January to 2012 January were retrospectively analyzed. Results:A total of 49 patients were treated with operation, postoperative cured were 47 cases, 1 case died, 1 case was transferred to higher level hospitals. Conclusion:The cholecystitis, cholelithiasis in elderly patients were complicated and hard to treat, early treatment and proper perioperative period management can contribute to a better result.
