Objective: To investigate the measures of deep vein thrombosis nursing and prevention of the Department of orthopedics after operation. Methods:90 patients in our hospital during 2010~2012, the patients were divided into the experimental group and the study group, the experimental group by routine nursing intervention, research group through the nursing intervention. Results:the probability of a group of deep vein thrombosis were much less than the experimental group, the two groups had statistical significance (P < 0.05 ) data comparison. Conclusion: according to nursing, take preventive measures can promote the probability of occurrence of venous thrombosis reduce patient Department of orthopedics operation, has great significance on clinical application.
