[Abstranct]objective:To explore the influence of quercetin on angiotensionⅡ induced rat’s tubularepithelial cell Epithelial-myofibroblast Transition. Methods: Experiments were performed after the cells had been cultured in the serum-free DMEM for 24 hours. The cells were divided into four groups according to the different intervention factors,final concentration of quercetin was 10-6 mol/L,AngⅡwas 10-6 mol/L .①control group:the NRK52E were cultured without any treatment;②AngⅡgroup:the NRK52E were stimulated by AngⅡ③quercetin group:the NRK52E were stimulated by quercetin;④AngⅡ+quercetin group:the NRK52E were co-stimulated by AngⅡand quercetin (1)The cultured NRK52E cells , treated with AngⅡand quercetin for 12, 24, 48 hours, we detect the expressions of E-cadherin andα-SMA by immunocytochemistry method.(2)colⅠand FN by ELISA. Results:(1)Treat with AngⅡ48h,expressions of E-cadherin decreased (P<0.05) ,butα-SMA increased significantly (P<0.05);(2)Content of FN and ColⅠ:Content of FN and ColⅠin the AngⅡ group was more obviously advanced than that of control group(P<0.05), and quercetin significantly inhibited the secretion of FN and ColⅠinduced by AngⅡ(P<0.05). conclusion: quercetin can inhibit AngⅡ-induced the expression ofα-SMA of NRK52E,increase the expression of E-cadherin.
