目的：探讨舒芬太尼复合布比卡因用于子宫切除术后病人硬膜外自控镇痛（PCEA）的可行性和效果观察。方法：将52例接受子宫切除术的病人随机分为2组：I组为对照组（5μg/ml芬太尼+布比卡因0.1%），26例，II组为实验组（0.5μg/ml舒芬太尼+布比卡因0.1%），26例，观察并记录PCEA后各时期VAS评分和不良反应等发生情况。结果：两组比较，II组VAS评分显著低于I组，具有统计学意义（P<0.05或0.01），而镇静不良反应明显多于I组（P<0.05）。结论：舒芬太尼复合低浓度局麻药（布比卡因）用于子宫切除术后硬膜外镇痛效果安全有效，具有不良反应少的特点，是一种更为理想的选择。
Objective: To evaluate the effects and safety of bupivacaine combined with sufentanil in patient-controlled epidural analgesia (PCEA) after hysterectomy.Methods:52 cases with hysterectomy undergoing PCEA were randomly divided into group I (fentanil 5 μg/ml and 0.1% bupivacaine), n=26, group II (sufentanil 0.5 μg/ml and 0.1% bupivacaine), n=26. The postoperative visual analogue scale and adverse reactions were observed. Results:Compared with the group I, the VSA values are lower during the postoperation (P<0.05 or 0.01). The analgesic effects in group II were considerable, but the incidence rates of adverse reactions in group II were higger than those in group I (P<0.05). Conclusion:The effect of sufentanil combined with bupivacaine in PCEA after hysterectomy is good and safe.
