Objective:To investigate the effect nursing intervention, especially in regulating the patient's anxiety, perception level,it was important to drop the complications of acute myocardial infarction(AMI) patients in hospital. Methods:Randomly dividing the AMI patients into two groups, the intervened group has 44 cases, and the controlled group has 41 cases.The observation group of patients in different period to give timely nursing intervention group, Compared with the control group and arrhythmia, heart failure, cardiac shock, and the occurrence of infarction. Results:Compared with patients of two cases,which occured in patients with cardiac arrhythmia, heart failure, cardiac shock, the number of death, and the occurrence of infarction, hospitalization days were significantly lower than those of the control group, there was significantly statistical difference. (P<0.05). Conclusion:The effective nursing intervention and health guidance can relieve anxiety state of AMI patients, which can effectively control the patient's anxiety and cognitive level, reduce the complications of patients in hospital, and improve the quality of life.
