Objective:To observe the clinical effect of targeted nursing intervention in patients with conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods:84 cases with ectopic pregnancy conservative treatment were admitted in our hospital from July 2011 to July 2012 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, the control group was given the routine nursing while the observation group was given the targeted nursing intervention, the clinical efficacy, psychological status and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results:The cure rate and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05);the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than which of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The ectopic pregnancy conservative treatment patients of taking targeted nursing interventions can significantly improve the clinical efficacy and nursing satisfaction, improve depression and anxiety, the patient compliance is good, which is worth to be promoted and applied in clinical.
