Objective To explore the SHEL mode in emergency nursing safety management application effect. Methods to summarize the clinical nursing management experience, combined with the emergency process of clinical nursing speciality, adopting SHEL mode to further strengthen safety management in emergency nursing work. The results of the application of SHEL pattern can effectively improve the clinical emergency nursing safety, reduce medical accidents, improve the level and quality of emergency nursing. Conclusion SHEL mode in emergency nursing safety management application effect, worthy of clinical application.
