OBJECTIVE To understand the current status of hospital infection in our hospital, provide the basis for developing prevention and control plan for the new year.METHODS Take survey next to the bed with the combination of medical history investigation, Ministry of health integrated form, to October 31, 2012 to nosocomial infection point-prevalence survey in hospitalized patients. RESULTS A total of 215 cases expected to check ,and 210 cases were actually checked with the actual checking rate of 97.68%,There were 14 case-times of patients with infections with the prevalence rate of 6.67%;lower respiratory tacts (7 cases)ranked the first place among the infection sites, followed by superficail incision (3 cases)and urinary tract(2 cases), antibacterial drug using cases number for 78 cases, using rate for 37.14%, which treatment medication 52 cases, accounted for 66.67%, prevention medication 17 cases, accounted for 21.79%, prevention+treatment medication 9 cases, Accounted for 11.54%, there were 56 (71.79%) patients who took one-drugs and 21 (26.92%) cases who took two-drugs ,and 1 (1.28%)cases who with three-drugs.CONCLUSIONS Through these investigation can help us understanding the nosocomail infection situation and the antibiotics durg using cases in a short time, and it can provide theorization for nosocomial prevention and development,to laid the foundation of the nosocomial infection’s further reduction.
