Objective:the bacteria contamination quantity and available iodine content of Maokang 75% ethanol disinfectant, to explore the period of validity after the skin disinfectant opened. Methods:sample the skin disinfectant after opened in 3、4、5、6、7days, used plate pouring method to detect the bacteria contamination quantity, and measure available iodine content. Results:All the skin disinfectant opened in 7 days were no bacterial growth;the concentration of ethanol decreased with open time increased, but was higher than the concentration of manufacturer give(75%±5%).Conclusion:Maokang 75% ethanol disinfectant can be used for 7 days after opened, but should strengthen management.
