月乃汤促进泌乳功能动物实验研究

目的:研究月乃汤促进泌乳功能的效果。方法:将怀孕母鼠(二胎)随机分为4组,剂量组(25ml,50ml,100ml/Kg BW)及空白组,每组8只,每只母鼠带养10只仔鼠,单笼饲养,造成“超负荷哺乳”模型。从母鼠分娩第1日起开始灌胃相应剂量月乃汤,连续21日,每日定时观察并测定每只母鼠泌乳量、仔鼠体重和体重增加情况。结果:与对照组比较,不同剂量的月乃汤样品可使母鼠泌乳量或累积泌乳量显著提高,50ml/Kg BW组和100ml/Kg BW组可显著增加母鼠第14日的泌乳量(P<0.05),100ml/Kg BW可显著地增加母鼠第2~21日的累积泌乳量(P<0.05),25ml/Kg BW组仔鼠第21日体重高于对照组(P<0.1),100 ml/Kg BW组仔鼠第21日体重显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。月乃汤剂量组仔鼠在哺乳期间的存活率平均比空白组高20%左右。结论:月乃汤可增加母鼠的泌乳量,促进仔鼠体重增长。同时,月乃汤还可提高过度泌乳模型仔鼠的存活率。
Objective:To study the effect of Yue-nai-tang decoction on enhancing lacteal mice milk secretion. Methods:The pregnant mice ( the second pregnancy) were randomly divided into 4 groups, for dose group ( at dose of 25ml, 50 and 100/KgBW ) and control group, each group of 8 rats, each with 10 new born mice, feeding into single cage, resulting in"overload lactation"model. Administration of corresponding dose month from the maternal delivery in first day, last for 21 days, daily observation and determination of weight and weight of each maternal lactation. Results:Compared with the control group, the different doses group could increase the maternal lactation milk yield increase or accumulation, 50ml/Kg BW group and 100ml/Kg BW group could significantly increase the amount of lactation rats at the fourteenth days (P<0.05 ), 100ml/Kg BW can significantly increase the cumulative lactation rats after 2~21 days (P<0.05), average body weight of 25ml/Kg BW and 100 ml/Kg BW group rats were higher than that of control group ( P<0.1 ) at the twenty-first day. The survival ratio of each dose group mice in lactation period, was about 20%higher than the control group. Conclusion:Yue-nai-tang can increase the amount of lactation mice, promote the growth of body weight of new born mice. At the same time, Yue-nai-tang can also improve the survival ratio of excessive lactation model mice.
