目的:研究氨苄西林钠对小鼠肠道菌群的影响,为科学研究正确使用氨苄西林钠提供参考资料;方法:以22.4g/kg剂量的氨苄西林钠连续灌胃小鼠3d,5d,分别于停药后第1d,3d,7d,10d和第15d检测小鼠直肠球菌、杆菌、乳酸菌及双歧杆菌数;结果:各氨苄西林钠给药组皆可造成小鼠肠道菌群失调,长时间灌胃组小鼠难以恢复;结论:以22.4g/kg剂量的头孢氨苄青霉素灌胃3d可用于制备肠道菌群失调模型。
Objective:Through observing the effection of Ampicillin Na on the intestinal flora of mice,so as to provide the reference data for the correct use of Ampicillin Na on the study work.Methods:The mice in study groups were continuous lavaged 22.4g/kg doses of Ampicillin Na 3days and 5days,then test the number of bacillus,enterococci,lactobacillus and bifidobacterium in rectal of mice after stop giving Ampicillin Na 1,3,7,10,15th days. Results:The Ampicillin Na treatment groups all can cause mice intestinal dysbacteriosis,and longer group difficult to get well .Conclusion:Giving mice 22.4g/kg doses Ampicillin Na can be used in the preparation of mice intestinal dysbacteriosis model.
