Objective:To summarize and analysis of mammography and color Doppler flow imaging and immunohistochemistry in breast cancer patients. Methods:randomly selected from 2011 since July through the clinical data of 50 cases of breast cancer confirmed by operation and pathology, al patients had breast mammography and ultrasound examination and immunohistochemical results. Results:mammography in 30 cases of mass or nodule, focal glandular density increased in 15 cases, 4 cases of glandular structure, unilateral breast plump, volume increases, the subcutaneous fat thin in 1 cases. With malignant calcification in 23 cases, with skin thickening or depression in 8 cases, with the nipple subsidence in 7 cases, combined with axil ary lymph nodes in 15 cases, other signs, lobulated and spiculated margins, ipsilateral vascular thickening twist. Color Doppler ultrasound weak or hypoechoic masses or nodules in 43 cases, mixed echogenic mass in 7 cases, which showed different degrees of blood flow signal. Immunohistochemistry of ER and (or) PR (+) in 29 cases, C-erbB2 was positive in 33 cases, the positive rate of Ki-67 in 10%-90%35 patients, the positive rate of Ki-67 in<5%15 patients. Understanding and diagnosis Conclusion:to improve the imaging results of breast cancer, the immunohistochemical examination significance.
