Objective:To understand HFMD the changes of the myocardial injury observed index test results. Methods:Choose 120 HFMD patients who were hospitalized with in our col ege as the experimental group, another selected 100 healthy check-up children as control group, two groups using automatic biochemical analyzer and ful automatic immune luminescence analyzer detection of myocardial enzyme spectrum and troponin, respectively, comparing the difference between the two groups. Results:HFMD group of myocardial enzyme spectrum and troponin test results are higher than normal control group, compared two groups, are statistical y significant. Detection of myocardial enzyme spectrum. Conclusion:The indicators of change, can judge the degree of myocardial damage in patients with HFMD effectively making treatment plan.
