Objective:Explore the clinical nursing intervention level of blood pressure control in elderly hypertensive patients. Methods:January 2011-2012 10 495 hospitalized elderly patients with hypertension were randomly divided into a control group of 260 patients with 235 cases and clinical care intervention group, after discharge of clinical nursing intervention group outside the hospital clinical nursing intervention. Results:Clinical care intervention group patients on admission systolic blood pressure (168 ± 7.7) mm Hg, systolic blood pressure (129 ± 5.8) mmHg discharged after six months, while the control group of patients on admission systolic blood pressure (156 ± 9.6) mmHg, systolic blood pressure was discharged after six months (152± 8.0) mmHg. The comparison of the two is statistical y significant. Conclusion:Active clinical nursing intervention in elderly hypertensive patients, help patients with blood pressure control, it is the promotion of the use.
