Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of agitating thrombolysis for Budd-Chiari Syndrome complicated with IVC fresh thrombosis and the fel ow-up result. Methods:From August 2004 to September 2012,nine BCS patients(seven male and two female subjects, age range 36-64 years) with IVC fresh thrombosis were treated with agitating thrombolysis. Firstly inferior vena cava were recanalized after inferior venacavography, then Agitating thrombolytic therapy, lastly dilated of IVC with percutaneous transluminal bal oon. Clinical fol ow-up was supplemented with colour Doppler sonography. Results:After al thrombi completely disappeared soon after agitating thrombolysis without pulmonary embolism after inferior vena cava Angioplasty. Al IVC kept patency after fel ow-up 51.1 months by Color Doppler Ultrasound. Conclusion:Agitating thrombolysis Treatment was a safe and effective treatment modality for patients with BCS with IVC fresh thrombosis, and the recurrence rate were not increased.
